TO PLAY: Purchase any multi-pack of Aquapod® water at any participating location between August 15, 2008 and December 30, 2008, enter the on-pack code online at www.aquapodmoms.com and follow instructions posted on-screen OR visit www.aquapodmoms.com from 12:00:01 p.m. ET on August 15, 2008 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 30, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"), fill out an online registration form and you will receive a free game code. Enter your game code to see if you are a potential winner (the "Promotion"). If you are a potential winner of any prize (subject to verification) you will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours from time of game play. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed. In case of a dispute over an online entrant’s identity, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. 2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): TRAVEL PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night vacation for winner and three (3) guests to the Grand Canyon. Trip includes one (1) Wii home video game system, one (1) NAMCO BANDAI Games’ "Active Life Outdoor Challenge" game for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor pad), a rafting adventure activity (itinerary for rafting adventure subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion), round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and guests from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to destination and four-night hotel accommodations (hotel chosen by Sponsor). If Grand Prize winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Grand Canyon, ground transportation will be provided instead of air. Any expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and must be able to travel within one year of acceptance of the prize. If Grand Prize winner and his/her guests cannot travel on those dates, prize will be forfeited and alternate winner will be randomly selected. In the event any guest is a minor, such guest(s) must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. All travel is subject to airline and hotel availability and blackout dates. Other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions will be required to provide valid government issued photo identification at the time of travel as required by travel authorities. No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of the travel arrangement has been made. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Promotion Partners. Promotion Partners make no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize and are not responsible for flight cancellation or postponement or for cancellation or changes in the schedule of any other element of the Grand Prize. All taxes, fees, and expenses in conjunction with airline tickets are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions. Travel must originate and terminate at the same airport. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. A minor will not be permitted to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure date. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value "ARV") of Grand Prize: $8,000.00) Actual Retail Value may vary depending upon city of departure. Any difference in Approximate Retail Value and Actual Retail Value of prize will not be awarded. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be awarded. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law.

FIRST PRIZES (5): GAME CONSOLE PRIZES: Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) Wii home video game system. (ARV of each First Prize: $250.00)

SECOND PRIZES (20): GAME PRIZES: Twenty (20) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) NAMCO BANDAI Games’ "Active Life Outdoor Challenge" game for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor pad) (ARV of each Second Prize: $59.99)

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any prizes won will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period and following winner validation. No cash substitutions allowed. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery of prizes. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner. (Total ARV of all Prizes: $10,449.80)

3. LIMITED SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event that there are unawarded prizes after the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period that were not verified as winners. All registered eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Second Chance Drawing regardless of the number of times the entrant participated. The Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about February 27, 2009. The odds of winning any available prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received for this Second Chance Drawing, as well as the number, if any, of unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by the telephone number entered on the online registration form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must reach potential winner; messages will not be left. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of Second Chance Drawing prizes upon winner validation.

4. SPECIAL GAME LIMITATION: Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. ("Sponsor"), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game without notice or liability if Web site becomes infected with a virus, or is technically corrupt, or if the Promotion otherwise cannot operate as planned. Sponsor, NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., Mia Brown & Co., LLC d/b/a MBC Productions, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company and agencies (collectively the "Promotion Partners") assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Promotion. The Promotion Parties and their respective agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Promotion. If any of the foregoing malfunctions, errors or defects render the Promotion incapable of operating as planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may suspend or cancel this Promotion immediately. Under no circumstances will more prizes than those set forth in these Official Rules be awarded. If a technical error or the like occurs that results in more potential winners than available prizes for a particular prize level, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from all eligible claims received to award the indicated number of prizes for the level of prize in dispute.

5. ELIGIBILITY: PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C., WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF August 14, 2008. Employees of Sponsor, the Promotion Partners and their respective agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Prizewinners may be required to complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release and/or a Travel Release, as well as an IRS W-9 Form. Travel companion must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release, as well as an IRS W-9 Form. Affidavits of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which they reside, Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian will be required to execute all required documents on said minor’s behalf and will be required to be one (1) of the Grand Prize winner’s travel companions.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Game, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Promotion Partners and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors or interruptions related to computers, software, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use of a prize.
